Sweet wine, round full bodied with hints of apricots and baked pears. Deep golden colour with yellow flowers and candied fruits scents.
Grape variety and vinification:
Verdicchio 100%, ripening and withering in the vineyard, hand-picked in late November, short maceration in the skin.
Recommended pairing: Serving
temperature 14-16°C;
Recommended pairing:
with dry cakes, cheese and cheese cakes, foie gras or on
its own as a meditation wine.
