Sweet red wine typical of our rural tradition. Intense ruby-red colour with reddish, purple hues. Warm, round flavour with strong cherry aroma.
Grape variety and vinification:
Selvatic black cherries and Sangiovese, according to an ancient and secret family recipe, we referment our best Sangiovese wine with wild black cherries.
Recommended pairing:
perfect with traditional pastry.
