Pale golden colour with greenish hues.
Fresh and aromatic flavour. Full-bodied and intense aroma.
Grape variety:
Chardonnay - Sauvignon
Production and harvest:
production per plant 2,5 -3 kg, harvest is 10-15 days after regular picking.
Vinification and fermentation:
soft pneumatic pressing to preserve the integrity of the grapes. Vinification in white after cold static decantation and thermo-controlled fermentation.
Recommended pairing:
Excellent with fish, shellfish and seafood salad.
Serving temperature 11°C.
