Polyfloreal honey obtained by wild flowers: Erba
Medica, Lupinella and Sulla.
Collected between June and August.
Characteristics: intense and rich flavour, amber
colour. Rich in mineral salts and vitamins, it is an
excellent substitute for sugar.
